On August 25, the next General Meeting of the cluster took place, to which representatives of the educational community of Kharkiv and Vinnytsia were invited to exchange experience in the implementation of dual education methods.
How to establish cooperation between universities and industrial enterprises in order to increase the value of graduates of higher education institutions? Director of the Kharkiv IAM cluster, rector of the Kharkiv University of Technology "IT STEP" V. Zaitsev in his presentation gave a detailed answer to this key question and, using the example of Kharkiv machine-building companies, showed how by increasing the practical component of training in a real industrial environment, companies' assets grow due to the transition to new technologies.
The greatest interest among employees of the Vinnytsia National Technical University was aroused by information about the financial mechanisms for stimulating teachers who are involved in an innovative form of education.
Enterprises of the Vinnytsia Automation and Instrument Making Cluster supported the project and are ready for its scaling in the Vinnytsia region together with the scientific and industrial community of the Kharkiv region.
