⚙️ On April 14, the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance presented in digital format the “Guide to Best Practices in Cluster Management” – a strategic document that brings together practical approaches to cluster development in Ukraine.

The Clusters4Regions initiative is being implemented by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance at the request of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, with support from the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Ukraine’s Cohesion and Regional Development” (UCORD).

An overview of the event revealed a high level of interest from the professional community: over 117 unique participants attended the presentation, including representatives from the business sector, regional development agencies, and the expert and educational communities. The audience showed the strongest curiosity about trends in cluster development and practical case studies.

Vinnytsia AIM Cluster helped sign licensing agreements, boost enterprise capacity, and launch at least four new product lines under the strictest conditions of confidentiality and military adaptation.

“Thanks to mutual confidence, we have reached a new level of partnership within the cluster – institutionalized value chains. The next step is joint R&D” – cluster director, Yury Klymenko.

Initiatives like these are shaping a new culture of economic cooperation in Ukraine. We would like to thank the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance and the Clusters4Regions project for their consistent work, which is transforming the cluster movement into a real tool for regional economic development.
