📌 On May 14, the conference “Clusters4Regions: Synergy of actions” was organized in Kyiv. Its main objective was to summarize the achievements of the program over the past year and agree on the next steps for the development of regional clusters.

The Automation and Instrument Making Cluster, along with other business associations in the region, took part in a discussion of current projects and an exchange of ideas on scaling up cluster policy in Ukraine.

During the discussion titled “How Clusters Create Economic Value in Regions”, cluster coordinator Yuriy Klymenko highlighted the role of clusters in shaping innovation ecosystems and enhancing collaboration between education, business, and government.

In different parts of Ukraine, including the Vinnytsia region, clusters:

  • bring together business, education, and innovation

  • create new technology projects

  • build competitive economic ecosystems

  • attract investment and international partnerships

  • develop local industries and talent

🤝 By combining our efforts, we emphasize that the cluster approach has the potential to become one of the key instruments for Ukraine’s long-term economic development. International organizations and partners are actively involved in this process, supporting the development of cluster initiatives, the exchange of expertise, and the implementation of European best practices to enhance regional economic ecosystems.
