With the support of the Vinnytsia Automation and Instrument Making Cluster and the Ukrainian Business Council, the pilot phase of the Model of a Modern Innovation Ecosystem project is being implemented.
✔ The research component of the project is being carried out by a group of scientists from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, who use world-proven tools for modelling complex systems.
Innovation ecosystems are networks of interaction between government agencies, enterprises, research institutions, and business development organisations aimed at ensuring continuous innovation development, increasing competitiveness by stimulating the development and implementation of advanced technologies, optimising production processes, and strengthening cooperation between all participants.
✔ The aim of the project is to develop an up-to-date model of Ukraine's innovation development ecosystem with a focus on performing relevant scenario calculations and substantiating the conditions for realising the scientific, technological and economic potential of the country's regions.
This initiative develops the Cluster's interaction with the Ukrainian Business Council and establishes cooperation with the leading research institution in Ukraine with many years of experience in economic analysis and modelling of complex systems - Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
After the first, regional stage of the project, it is planned to scale up the modelling to other regions and the national level, taking into account the regional specifics.
