The Vinnytsia Automation and Instrument Making Cluster participated in a meeting of the NGO "Vinnytsia Business Club", which took place last week at the Crystal Innovation and Technology Park. The event brought together representatives of business, government, and the technology community to discuss the challenges of digital transformation and the development of the regional economy.

📌 As part of the event, the director of the Vinnytsia Automation and Instrument Making Cluster, Yuriy Klymenko, presented a grant program to support teachers and students in the instrument-making sector — the competition of innovative solutions "HARDOTON. Technological Sustainability".

The key problem of the industry was outlined during the speech - a critical shortage of engineering personnel. Employers' costs for adapting graduates hamper the development of innovations and reduce the speed of their implementation.

"HARDOTON" offers a different model - educational and applied projects, where:

✔️ the student works on a real production task

✔️ the teacher integrates practice into the educational process

✔️ the business receives a trained specialist

Participation and support of the competition is an investment not only in education, but also in economic sustainability. It allows to bridge the gap between education and production and to form a sustainable ecosystem of training engineers for modern industry.

🤝 We thank the leadership of the "Vinnytsia Business Club" and its participants for the open dialogue and joint work on the future of the region.
