A meeting of participants of the Vinnytsia Automation and Instrument Making Cluster took place. The results of the cluster's work for 2023 were reviewed. According to the results of the meeting, the cluster participants approved the results of work in 2023 and supported the plan for 2024.

strengthening of "science-business" connections - project "Center for career navigation of youth "Car-Route", signing of an agreement between a Cluster participant and a university on cooperation regarding the completion of industrial practices, as part of the implementation of dual education programs
interaction with local authorities and the Regional Council of Entrepreneurs in the development of the region, participation in the study of the state and needs of local businesses within the framework of the preparation of the new Program for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Community for 2024-2026, conceptualization of preparations for the opening innovation and technology park of the "Krystal"
external relations - cluster members visited the following exhibitions and conferences: ISH 2023 (Germany), Clusters meet regions in Kosice (Slovakia), International Industrial Fair Celjski sejem d.d. Celje (Slovenia), MSV International Engineering Fair (Brno, Czech Republic), Clusters meet regions, Iași (Romania), Clusters meet Regions, Krakow (Poland).
The participants decided to continue the implementation of the started projects, and also approved the work plans for the current year 2024, approved the continuation of financial support from the cluster participants.
In 2024, ECOSYSTEM (innovation training, formation of R&D center, network of international relations) and PROJECT ACTIVITY (medicine, smart-build etc) will be developed first of all. The development of educational projects, the establishment of partnership and business ties, and increased attention to initiatives aimed at creating joint projects will also be continued.
During the discussion, the participants agreed on the need to review the internal communications system, determined the order and frequency of meetings, which will contribute to improving the quality and pace of project implementation.
