100 IT HACKATHON brought together active, ambitious and caring teenagers and young people in Vinnytsia

Three days of complete immersion, unconventional thinking, and teamwork. This is how the 100 IT HACKATHON – THE SECOND ALL-UKRAINIAN HACKATHON FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL took place, bringing together active, ambitious and caring teenagers and young people aged 14 to 21 in Vinnytsia.

Participants not only gained experience working intensively on real-life cases, but also took part in practical sessions with mentors, attended lectures by leading IT specialists, and developed their own prototypes of innovative solutions.

The final stage consisted of public presentations of the projects before an expert commission, which also included Yuriy Klymenko, Director of the Vinnytsia Automation and Instrument Making Cluster.

According to the evaluation results, the Tetra team won. Their idea impressed not only with its originality but also with its practical value. As a result, they received certificates to participate in the Ukrainian IT Hundred programme, where participants will receive a grant of 400,000 UAH for training and mentoring support until they find employment.

Congratulations to the winners! Ukrainian youth is not the future, it is the present, it is intelligence, ambition and strength.
