Cluster AIM joined the Voluntary Standard for Business Associations

ree

The joining process involves conducting a self-assessment, which allowed us to look objectively at our own work: we clearly saw both our strengths and areas for development.

✅ Overall conclusion of the platform: the organization largely meets the criteria of the Voluntary Standard and has good potential for further growth.

The voluntary standard was created as a practical tool for building the institutional capacity of business associations, increasing the transparency of their activities, and building trust on the part of government bodies, business, and the public.

🔹 The standard was developed by the National Platform of Small and Medium-sized Businesses and is a system of universal criteria that help:

• increase the efficiency of business associations;

• ensure openness and transparency of processes;

• build trust in the organization among key stakeholders.

The standard covers five key areas: Organizational capacity, Membership and representativeness, Services and activities, External communications, Transparency and accountability

For the cluster, joining this standard is not only a recognition of the results already achieved, but also a guideline for better approaches in work that will contribute to further development and trust in us.
